Can it handle two insurance payers on one invoice?

Yes. Add multiple insurance lines per invoice; each carries its own coverage percentage and claim status. The split shows patient-owed vs each insurer's portion automatically.

What payment modes are supported?

Cash, card, UPI, netbanking, cheque, and any custom mode you configure. Each can carry a partial amount, so the invoice tracks how much is paid and how much is still due until it hits zero.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are first-class operations — reason code, partial-amount supported, audit-logged. The invoice status reflects the refunded amount, and the receipt sent to the patient is regenerated automatically.

Can we customize tax rules per clinic?

Yes. Tax type, rate, and inclusive/exclusive behavior are per-clinic settings. GST, VAT, sales tax — configure what you need and the invoice math adjusts.

Does the patient get a receipt automatically?

On payment, the patient receives a receipt by SMS or WhatsApp (in their language) within seconds. Print and PDF copies are always available from the invoice view.
